Oliver Wolfensberger

Chairman

A Swiss entrepreneur who has worked across industries from office products to blockchain and cryptocurrencies and real-estate development. He is a founding partner of Crypto Valley Partners and of Hyperion Fintech. Oliver holds a Master’s degree from the University of Zurich and an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, and has completed the Oxford Fintech Programme.

Philipp Rösler

Board Director

Served as Vice-Chancellor and Federal Minister of Economics and Technology for Germany from 2011 to 2013, and was elected Chairman of the Free Democratic Party (FDP) in 2011. He previously served as Federal Minister of Health and as Deputy Prime Minister of Lower Saxony. He trained as a medical officer and holds a Ph.D. in cardiac surgery.

Paul Bappoo

Board Director

An expert in system design, algorithmic trading, business analysis and artificial-intelligence coding, with three decades implementing software, operations and accounting systems for organisations across the public and private sectors. He is the author of several books on artificial intelligence, technology transformation, digital marketing and financial analysis, and co-founded a social enterprise creating technology careers for people with disabilities.

Chairs the HR group of the World Bank’s Vietnam Business Forum and has held global HR leadership roles at multinational corporates and at PwC. He judges international business competitions and is an international keynote speaker on artificial intelligence and the future of work.
